چکیده
Abstract The BL Lacertae OJ 287 is a supermassive black hole binary system with complex physics of its irregular flares. During 2016 October–2017 April, surprising outburst in the X-ray, UV, and optical bands was detected, while no variability seen ? -ray light curve. outburst, X-ray curves were dominated by soft X-rays, whose peak luminosity ?10 46 erg s ?1 —more than 10 times higher mean level before outburst—and “softer-when-brighter” phenomenon exhibited. These above phenomena have been reported some previous works. hardness ratio showed negligible evolution flare time luminosity. Critically, X-rays decayed following power law t ?5/3 , which occurs most tidal disruption events (TDEs), similar trend can be UV during declining period. Helium oxygen narrow emission lines are strengthened prominently spectra postoutburst epochs, that could attributed to surrounding gas caused TDE. We discuss three possible origins event, including jet’s precession, aftereffects hole–disk impaction, Our results show TDE more likely scenario explain outburst.

Black hole mass and binary model for BL Lac object OJ 287
Recent intensive observations of the BL Lac object OJ 287 raise a lot of questions on the models of binary black holes, processing jets, rotating helical jets and thermal instability of slim accretion disks. After carefully analyzing their radio flux and polarization data, Valtaoja et al. (2000) propose a new binary model. Based on the black hole mass of 4×108M⊙ estimated with the tight correla...
متن کاملTidal interaction in binary-black-hole inspiral.
Tidal torque may lead to important effects in the strong field interaction at the end point of the inspiral of two rapidly rotating black holes. We point out here that in such a case the exchange of spin and orbital angular momentum may significantly affect the energy and waveform of late stage gravitational waves, and may play an important role in the shedding of excess angular momentum. We ar...
متن کاملA Tidal Disruption Event in a Nearby Galaxy Hosting an Intermediate Mass Black Hole
We report the serendipitous discovery of a bright point source flare in the Abell cluster A1795 with archival EUVE and Chandra observations. Assuming the EUVE emission is associated with the Chandra source, the X-ray 0.5–7 keV flux declined by a factor of ∼2300 over a time span of 6 yr, following a power-law decay with index ∼2.44 ± 0.40. The Chandra data alone vary by a factor of ∼20. The spec...
متن کاملEnhanced Tidal Disruption Rates from Massive Black Hole Binaries
“Hard” massive black hole (MBH) binaries embedded in steep stellar cusps can shrink via threebody slingshot interactions. We show that this process will inevitably be accompanied by a burst of stellar tidal disruptions, at a rate that can be several orders of magnitude larger than that appropriate for a single MBH. Our numerical scattering experiments reveal that: 1) a significant fraction of s...
متن کاملThe Quasar Sdss J153636.22+044127.0: a Double-peaked Emitter in a Candidate Binary Black-hole System
Double-peaked emission lines are believed to be originated from accretion disks around supermassive black holes (SMBHs), and about 3% of z < 0.33 AGNs are found to be double-peaked emitters. The quasar SDSS J153636.22+044127.0 has recently been identified with peculiar broad-line emission systems exhibiting multiple redshifts. We decompose the Hα and Hβ profiles into a circular Keplerian disk l...
